There have been a few areas where I found the program was missing some information that would be useful. Rather than offering classes, I think it wold be better to have weekend workshops. I am not sure if there is time for this semester, but it is something to add for next year. The areas that I think should be covered in each workshop are:
Presentation Skill/Communication Skills/Public Speaking
HR Management
Negotiation
I think the negotiation one is the most important, and may be able to get set up for latter in the semester.
